本文在充分了解目前国内外设备管理最新发展现状的前提下，结合我国某制造企业生产实际与设备管理现状，主要进行了以下三个方面的工作： ( 1 )在该企业原设备管理体制基础上，结合系统工程原理，研究设计了适用于目前生产实际需要的新设备管理体系，提出了在该企业实施设备管理信息化系统的总体目标； ( 2 )在对该制造企业设备管理组织结构、业务流程分析的基础上，进行了企业设备管理信息化系统的系统需求详细分析与系统总体设计、数据库设计与功能设计； ( 3 )使用java jsp技术和oracle数据库技术，构建了基于企业局域网的b s结构软件环境。
